ABOUT ME

I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist with over 10 years of experience, holding both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the MERF Institute of Speech and Hearing, affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. I’m also certified in Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), Avaz AAC (ACAP), Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and Handwriting for Dysgraphia. My passion lies in helping individuals—both children and adults—develop their communication skills so they can express themselves confidently and connect meaningfully with others.

As the Director of Meenakshi Rehab Centre in Madipakkam, Chennai, I lead a dedicated team offering speech therapy, occupational therapy, neurodevelopmental therapy, special education, and remedial teaching. Our goal is to provide personalized, compassionate care for every individual we work with—whether it’s supporting a child with a speech delay or helping someone regain their voice after an injury. I’m honored to have received the Women Entrepreneur Award 2024 from the Aram Foundation, a recognition that inspires me to continue making a positive impact every day.

What began as a visionary project has grown into a trusted multidisciplinary therapy centre in Madipakkam, Chennai. Our team of certified professionals—including Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Special Educators—work collaboratively to support both children with special needs and adults with neurological conditions.
